TENDER DESCRIPTION

Services consisting of work to prepare, review and update the Consolidated General Inventory of assets, rights and obligations that make up the assets of the following entities, whatever their nature and whatever the title under which they were acquired or used: a) The Consolidated Inventory of the Diputació de Lleida. b) The Inventory of the Autonomous Agency for the Management and Collection of Local Taxes (OAGRTL). c) The Inventory of the Institut d'Estudis Ilerdencs (IEI). d) The Inventory of the Economic Promotion Board (PROMECO). e) The Inventory of the Tourism Board. The contract execution includes carrying out the following tasks, in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Specifications Document (Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas): 1. Carry out prior research to gather information relating to assets and rights, with the exception of those that the Diputació de Lleida and its autonomous bodies already have.
