TENDER DESCRIPTION

This Technical Specifications Pliego is intended to set out the technical conditions that will govern the contracting of the support service to the municipal street-cleaning service of the City Council of Daimiel, by providing staff and material resources intended to reinforce street-cleaning and maintenance activities on public roads. The service will include routine street-cleaning activities throughout the year, as well as extraordinary interventions associated with events, festivities, situations involving the accumulation of waste, or incidents that require immediate action. The successful bidder shall provide the human, technical and material resources necessary to ensure the proper performance of the service in accordance with the conditions established in this Pliego. The provision of the service will be of a supporting nature for the municipal street-cleaning service, without implying replacement or full assumption of the existing municipal service.
