TENDER DESCRIPTION

This specification is intended to establish the technical conditions that will govern the contracting of the service of advisory and technical assistance for the evolution towards integrated digital archival management in the Archives and Documentary Heritage Service. * “integrated digital archival management” is understood, for the purposes of this contract, to mean the set of processes and techniques applied in a regulated, orderly and efficient manner to the entire archival ecosystem, through the functional and technological transformation and adaptation required in accordance with the principles established in Foral Law 9/2026, of 20 May, on Archives, Document Management and Documentary Heritage. This ecosystem includes both the set of information assets and the technological tools where they are hosted, as well as the document and records management processes that govern them, with a view to providing optimal services aimed at citizens from archival centres.
