TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Service consists of hiring an expert tax technical service to analyse the R&D&i activity carried out in each financial year, and to advise and process, in an integral manner, the tax benefit identified as the optimal incentive for the activity undertaken, accompanying the Company in any internal or external process resulting from these actions and their possible implications. This entails the full process of collecting, compiling and analysing the technical information available, selecting the best tax option for the activity undertaken, generating the activity databases, preparing the required documentary support, identifying and carrying out the calculations of the base costs of the deduction, and carrying out all formalities and support that may be required with Third Parties, including the Tax Authority.
