TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of specialized technical assistance services to support the accounting function, financial information, regulatory reporting and fiscal management of the Instituto de Crédito Oficial, including specialized operational support, preparation and review of financial information, analysis and interpretation of applicable accounting, fiscal and prudential regulations, documentation and improvement of procedures, and knowledge transfer to ICO staff. The contracting is necessary due to the progressive increase in the quantity and complexity of tasks derived from the España Crece program, which involves the accounting separation and capital consumption (solvency ratio) between ICO's activity as a commercial bank and promotional bank (ring fencing), the need for continuous updating as a result of regulatory changes and new products at ICO, staff turnover requiring proper documentation of procedures, and the effective knowledge transfer to the staff of the Accounting, Budgets and Management Control department.
