TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the provision of specialized professional services for the performance of a comprehensive institutional audit of the F.S.P. CNIO, oriented towards the analysis, assessment and proposal for improvement of the main management systems, internal control, governance and institutional organization of the entity. The service will include carrying out review work, technical analysis and functional assessment across the different areas of administrative management, economic-financial, organizational and technological management of the entity, as well as the preparation of reports, diagnostics, risk maps, technical conclusions and prioritized action proposals. The contract will also include the identification of possible inefficiencies, operational duplications, procedural weaknesses or areas susceptible to improvement, as well as the formulation of recommendations aimed at optimizing processes, improving internal circuits, strengthening traceability and improving coordination between functional areas.
