TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the provision of a specialized service for the conceptualization and strategic planning of media, audience acquisition, purchasing of advertising spaces, as well as management, monitoring, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns associated with the Talent Arena 2027 event, promoted by MWCapital. This service will include the definition and execution of a comprehensive media plan, both on digital (online) and physical or conventional (offline) channels, including the identification and segmentation of target audiences, selection of advertising channels and media, campaign management, continuous performance monitoring, and formulation of data-driven optimization recommendations. The activities subject to the contract aim to maximize the reach and impact of the promotional actions for the Event among the target audiences defined by MWCapital, contribute to attracting professionals in the digital field, promote conversion of qualified registrations, and strengthen the positioning of Talent Arena as one of the main European gatherings of digital and technological talent.
