Consultoría energética.

The contract has an initial and maximum duration of thirty-six (36) months for both lots. The contract is expected to start on January 1, 2027, or the day after its signature if it occurs after this date, as it shares part of its scope with a current energy advisory contract that ends on December 31, 2026. The contract will enter into force the day following its signature. No extensions or prolongations are foreseen.

Key milestones and phases are outlined for each lot:

Lot 1 — Energy Consulting:

• Strategic energy procurement document: M+6.
• Feasibility analysis of energy storage systems (BESS): M+9.
• Energy diagnosis and baselines: M+4.
• First update of the Strategic Document: M+18.
• ISO 50001 certification renewal — first annual follow-up: M+24.
• Second update of the Strategic Document: M+30.
• ISO 50001 certification renewal — second annual follow-up: M+36.
• Maintenance and monthly support of the platform: M+3 to M+36 (34 monthly payments).
• Annual software update: M+18 and M+30.
• Annual user training: M+18 and M+30.

Lot 2 — Corporate Energy Management Platform:

• License installation: M+2.
• Initial data loading and basic parameterization: M+4.
• Complete functional implementation: M+6.
• Integrated data model: M+9.
• Advanced analytics prototype: M+12.
• GMAO-Energy Module: M+18.
• Predictive model: M+24.

Additionally, the contractor must submit a detailed implementation plan and schedule, including milestones, deliverables, monthly activities, responsibilities, assigned resources, and an execution calendar, within two weeks of the contract's signing, to be agreed upon with ACUAMED.

The core scope of work for this tender is divided into two lots:

Lot 1: Energy Consulting (Consultoría energética)

The deliverables for Lot 1 include:

• Strategic energy procurement document, subject to formal approval by ACUAMED.
• Feasibility analysis of energy storage systems (BESS), which needs to be coordinated with the strategic document or remain an independent milestone.
• Energy diagnostics and baseline studies.
• First update of the Strategic Document, incorporating a review of the BESS study and real coverage evolution.
• Renewal of ISO 50001 certification, including preparation for and accompaniment during the first annual follow-up audit.
• Second update of the Strategic Document.
• Renewal of ISO 50001 certification, including the second annual follow-up.
• Monthly reports.

Lot 2: Corporate Energy Management Platform (Plataforma corporativa de gestión energética)

The deliverables for Lot 2 include:

• Installation of a perpetual license, including acquisition, installation, and verification.
• Initial data loading and basic parameterization, covering CUPS, installations, users, contracts, available historical data, basic dashboards, manual imports, and standardized templates.
• Complete functional implementation, including baselines, IDEn, reports, alarms, basic billing validation, and hierarchical structure of signals/processes.
• Integrated data model, coordinated with the corporate GMAO and the billing/economic-energy model.
• Advanced analytics prototype, including initial models for anomalies, deviations, and consumption/cost prediction.
• GMAO-Energy module, which integrates with the corporate GMAO and includes correlation models for maintenance-energy efficiency, energy degradation, and before/after analysis.
• Predictive model for consumption and cost per installation, with methodological documentation and contrast against real data.
• Monthly maintenance and support of the platform.
• Annual software updates.
• Annual user training.
• Technical documentation for implementation, parameterization, integration, data models, manuals, methodological documentation, installation evidence, support documentation, monthly service reports, incident log, and documentation for updates and training.
