TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract’s purpose is the provision of the service to promote and encourage reading as well as to carry out cultural promotion and cultural activities in the cultural-library space Font de La Mina in Sant Adrián de Besòs. The Biblioteca Fuente de la Mina is a service within the overall set of the Espacio Cultural Fuente de La Mina in San Adrián de Besòs. Both spaces make up the cultural service provided across the generic space (municipal facility), called Espacio Cultural Fuente de La Mina, in which, on the one hand, the Biblioteca Fuenta de la Mina must be distinguished and, on the other, the actual Cultural Space in which the services and rooms are located for sharing, both for the reading and culture promotion and activity projects carried out by the Library, and for cultural activities directly aimed at entities and the general public.
