TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service to be contracted will include, at a minimum: the preparation of the prescribed menus; the adaptation of the menus to different special diets; the individual packaging of the food; the complete labeling of each container; the refrigerated preservation of the food; transport by authorized refrigerated vehicles; delivery to the home of the user or the person expressly authorized to receive it; the necessary information for the correct preservation and regeneration of the food; and the monitoring of the proper provision of the service and communication of detected incidents.
