TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the municipal powers and the mandatory minimum services established in Articles 25 and 26 of Law 7/1985, of 2 April, on the Bases of Local Government, there is the management of municipal solid waste. Through the eco-park, separation at source of household hazardous waste, bulky waste, electrical appliances, minor rubble, etc. is permitted, preventing them from ending up in conventional waste containers or in uncontrolled landfill sites. This activity is included within the protection of the urban environment.
