TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the contract includes the acquisition of an Information System that allows for the automation of human resources management and the economic and financial management of ULPGC, as well as the services necessary for its implementation as a managed system in infrastructure provided by the supplier. The contract will also include the provision of maintenance service from the system's production start until the contract's end, including corrective, assistive, technological evolutionary maintenance and normative evolution applicable to the implemented management processes. All this with the aim of replacing the current human resources and economic-financial management information system, which was custom developed mainly with the University's own staff and is considered obsolete and difficult to maintain and evolve in the future.
