TENDER DESCRIPTION

Intermediation and management service in the search for provisional and emergency accommodation due to lack or loss of housing, through the management of contracting companies in the hospitality sector (serviced apartments, hotels, hostels, boarding houses, shelters, holiday homes, and others) operating in the city of Santa Coloma de Gramenet and/or the metropolitan area of Barcelona, as well as in other more distant municipalities well connected by public transport to Santa Coloma de Gramenet, in accordance with and under the conditions established in the PPT. In addition to accommodation services (general and complementary services), the purpose of the contract falls within the policy of social assistance services, which justifies the public utility of the contract of vital importance since the management and follow-up of housed persons must be carried out by properly attending to the personal circumstances that require special attention, making adequate personal treatment essential to the emotional and social circumstances in order to achieve the social objective pursued with the accommodation of families and/or vulnerable persons using the service.
