TENDER DESCRIPTION

The cleaning service will cover all offices and premises that form part of this Barcelona headquarters. The cleaning of these premises will include the following surfaces, materials and objects: floors, flooring, vertical surfaces, staircases and their handrail elements, railings, skirting boards, furniture, fixtures and various equipment, doors and windows, upholstery and items containing textile elements, plant-division partition screens, exterior facade glass and interior partition screens, interior glazed doors and any other glazing elements, sanitary fixtures, mirrors, tiling/wall cladding, bathroom accessories, roofs, light fittings and lamps, curtains and screens, push-button panels, ceilings, exterior and interior signage boards and plates, bollards and/or entry and exit turnstiles for access control, electric vehicle chargers, tableware and glassware. It will also include specific cleaning of the auxiliary textile material (tablecloths, napkins, towels, etc.: washing, ironing or dry cleaning where applicable.
