TENDER DESCRIPTION
Cleaning service for the different buildings and facilities of the Provincial Council of Lleida and its autonomous bodies, divided into the following lots. Lot 1. President’s Building, OAGRTL offices and Finca Buen Reposo. Lot 2. Institute of Ilerdan Studies, Monastery Avinganya and heritage buildings. Lot 3. Buildings of the Caparrella complex (motor pool, management/Water Services, maintenance, theatre, old space CEEI and special schools). Lot 3 is configured as a lot reserved for Special Employment Centres of Social Initiative (CETIS) and Insertion Companies (EI), applying the provisions of the Fourth Additional Provision of Law 9/2017, on Public Sector Contracts.
