TENDER DESCRIPTION

There is a need to ensure suitable conditions of cleanliness, hygiene and well-being in all the workplaces of the Consorcio de Emergencias de Gran Canaria (CEGC). In particular, the presence of operational staff during the 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at the fire stations results in intensive use of their facilities, which is further increased by the characteristics of the duties they perform (including, among others, fire extinguishing, the rescue of people and animals, or physical exercise). This entails special cleaning needs in areas such as toilets, showers, changing rooms, or the kitchen. The purpose of this contract is to establish the cleaning activities required by the aforementioned workplaces, bearing in mind that the CEGC does not have the human and material resources needed to carry out this task. For all these reasons, it is necessary to contract a cleaning service, in general, for the workplaces of the CEGC.
