TENDER DESCRIPTION
Cleaning service for the various buildings and premises of the Provincial Council of Lleida and its autonomous bodies, divided into the following lots. Lot 1. Presidential Building, OAGRTL offices and Finca Buen Reposo. Lot 2. Institute of Lleida Studies, Monastery Avinganya and heritage buildings. Lot 3. Buildings of the Caparrella complex (mobile park, management/Water Service, maintenance, theatre, former CEEI premises and special schools). Lot 3 is configured as a lot reserved for Special Centres for Social-Initiative Employment (CETIS) and Insertion Companies (EI), in application of what is provided for in the Fourth Additional Provision of Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracting.
