TENDER DESCRIPTION

In accordance with article 99.1 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP), the object of this contract is determined and defined with regard to the specific needs or functionalities to be satisfied. The object of the contract comprises: Provision of street cleaning services, beach cleaning, parks, cleaning of municipal plots designated as parking lots, and attention to ordinary and extraordinary events in the municipality of Gáldar. Likewise, it is indicated that the contract is not being split in order to reduce its amount and thus avoid the advertising requirements or the corresponding award procedure, in strict compliance with the prohibition established in article 99.2 of the LCSP.
