TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is to provide, at the IAPH premises in Seville and the CAS in Cádiz, the cleaning service for those buildings and the furniture contained therein, glass panels, and other items and fixtures existing in them, as well as to carry out basic preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the equipment and systems that are essential for the ordinary operation of the institution. All this is intended to keep the work areas and working facilities in perfect hygienic and usable condition, and likewise to provide immediate response to the appearance of unforeseen circumstances and the rescheduling of activities, especially those in which visitors and/or authorities are involved.
