TENDER DESCRIPTION

The maintenance service for communication equipment and network management services intended for users of the Budgetary Administration (comprising the Secretariat of State for Budgets and Expenses, the General Secretariat for European Funds, and the General Intervention of the State Administration itself), managed by Division IV of Operation of the Budgetary IT Office (hereinafter, OIP). The object of this contract consists of providing a comprehensive technical support service for communication and network management equipment, both at the hardware and software level, to ensure its secure and continuous operation from 4 January 2027 to 13 March 2028. The contract does not include, under any circumstances, the supply or replacement of new communication or network management equipment. All services covered by this contract, except for the Secure Internet Navigation service provided as a cloud-based SaaS, are installed in the premises of the Budgetary Administration, in its two Data Processing Centers (hereinafter, CPD), located in Madrid.
