TENDER DESCRIPTION
The object of the contract is the execution of the set of precise and necessary activities for the maintenance and support of the ERP Management System of Aljarafesa (hereinafter ERP), based on the Oracle JD Edwards 9.2 technology platform. This service will carry out all the maintenance tasks necessary to meet the needs that may arise for Aljarafesa in relation to the ERP, including even equipping the system with new modules and the necessary capacity to guarantee its complete functionality and correct operability. If applicable, it must include a consultancy and support service for technical aspects and training. The details, characteristics, and form of service provision are contained in the Technical Specifications Document governing this contract.
