TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract aims to provide the promoting body with expert, technical, legal-administrative, and management support to ensure the proper processing and execution of the PPI procedures linked to the project, as well as compliance with the requirements derived from European funding. The Technical Support Office (OTA) will act as a management and specialized guidance tool to coordinate all involved agents, structure the project's governance, prepare the necessary tender documentation, and ensure that the innovative procurement processes are oriented towards real, viable, scalable, and interoperable solutions with municipal systems and the local industrial ecosystem.
