TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the contract is the operation, management, supervision, and maintenance of infrastructures, auxiliary equipment, and radiocommunication networks dependent on the General Directorate of the Municipal Police of Madrid (DGPMM). This contract includes the operation, management, and supervision of radiocommunication networks and systems. The supervision tasks aim at detecting incidents and within this contract, their escalation to the maintenance companies and follow-up until their resolution are contemplated. However, those incidents that fall within the network operation activities must be resolved directly by the awarded company.
