Explain precisely the nature and scope of the needs that are intended to be met by the planned contract. The needs to be met correspond to the maintenance services for the existing thermal installations on the UPV campuses. These needs respond both to technical requirements and to legal obligations established by the applicable regulations, particularly in relation to installation safety, and to the normal operation and maintenance needs that these installations require. In general, the installations on which action must be taken are: Air-conditioning and ventilation installations. Heating installations Domestic hot water installations, including the complete system from production, storage, distribution and mixing, up to the point-of-use units (push buttons, mixers, taps and spray heads, these included) in wet cores.
