TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of this tender is the comprehensive provision of the home assistance service performed preferably at the home, which provides, through qualified and supervised personnel, a set of preventive, training, rehabilitative actions and care for people and household units experiencing difficulties in remaining or developing in their usual environment. The home assistance service, in its basic provision and dependency care modalities, aims for comprehensive care of users to respond to all the needs of the person, highlighting the educational and preventive nature of all actions, in accordance with the technical requirements established in the technical specifications and under the public direction and control to be carried out by the municipal department competent in social welfare matters. The contract will be governed by the provisions of the PCAP, which includes the agreements and conditions defining the rights and duties to be assumed by the contracting authority, the bidders and, when appropriate, the awardees, as well as by the provisions of the technical specifications.
