TENDER DESCRIPTION

Pursuant to the provisions of the Occupational Risk Prevention legislation, the employer (Manager of the Emergency Consortium) is obliged to adopt an organisation that will take charge of the management and development of the preventive activity. The aim is effective protection of the workers of the Gran Canaria Emergency Consortium (hereinafter CEGC) with regard to safety and health.
 The purpose of this contract is to fulfil the corresponding duty of this Administration in terms of protecting workers through the adoption of the preventive modality of an external prevention service (hereinafter SPA).
 For all these reasons, it is necessary to contract an SPA in the specialties required by the occupational risk prevention legislation.
