TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is to prepare the corresponding Monitoring and Control Programmes provided for by the applicable current regulations, within the framework of the administrative authorisations for discharge from land to sea corresponding to the facilities managed or to be managed by CIATF within the corresponding administrative collaboration agreements. The regional systems managed by CIATF are the following: * Adeje-Arona Regional System. * North-East Regeneration Regional System. * Orotava Valley Regeneration Regional System. * Abona Desalination Regional System. * West Desalination Regional System. * Güímar Valley Sanitation Regional System. * Isla Baja Sanitation Regional System. In addition, the following regional systems are included, whose management by CIATF is planned for January 2028, without prejudice to any possible delays resulting from the execution of the construction works for the facilities and/or the associated administrative procedures: * Güímar Valley Desalination Regional System. * North-East Desalination Regional System. * Metropolitan Regeneration Regional System.
