TENDER DESCRIPTION
This service contract includes: A) The drafting of the basic and execution project for the construction of the Judicial Headquarters of Alcalá de Guadaíra. The project must include preliminary studies, the safety and health study, the waste management study, and any other documentation detailed in the technical specifications; and B) The Technical Supervision of the works corresponding to the aforementioned project, composed of the Project Manager, the Construction Manager, and the Coordinator for Safety and Health during the execution of the works, without prejudice to other collaborators that may be required in the technical specifications.
