The components to be transported include PMMA domes, conical stainless steel bodies, and other related auxiliary elements. These items are characterized by their large dimensions, high unit value, and extreme sensitivity to vibrations, impacts, point loads, and improper handling. Maintaining their geometric, mechanical, and superficial integrity is crucial for the proper functioning of the detector and the scientific success of the experiment.

The Statement of Work (SOW) summarizes the necessity for multiple transport operations between various facilities, including manufacturing centers, storage facilities, validation centers, and logistical consolidation points. These operations must adhere to strict, coordinated schedules aligned with the project's production and assembly rhythms.

Key deliverables and operational requirements include:

• Controlled conditions: All transportation operations must be carried out under controlled conditions.
• Traceability: Guaranteeing the traceability of shipments.
• Risk minimization: Minimizing risks during transit.
• Timely execution: Strict compliance with established temporal windows.
• Dedicated transport: Due to the nature and criticality of the goods, standard or shared transport services are not suitable. Dedicated transport services are required to ensure the exclusive use of vehicles, eliminate intermediate transshipments, reduce handling, control transit times, and adapt transport methods to the specific characteristics of the cargo.
• Execution Period: The contract has an execution period of 6 months.
• Execution Location: The services will be performed in Huesca, Spain (national sub-entity), with subsequent phases involving the international logistics chain, specifically for expedition to Japan.
