TENDER DESCRIPTION
To display the works that will take part in the exhibition, both the preparation of crates/packaging and the transport service for the goods to the Museo del Prado and their subsequent return to the owners are required. These activities must be carried out while ensuring the appropriate conditions for conservation and safety. For this reason, it is necessary to contract a transport service specialized in cultural assets, which will carry out the packaging and arrange the transport, unpacking, courier movements, insurance coverage, documentary formalities, and the necessary administrative procedures.
