TENDER DESCRIPTION

The needs to be covered correspond to maintenance services for the electrical installations existing at UPV campuses. These needs respond both to technical requirements and to legal obligations established by the applicable regulations, especially in matters of installation safety and to the normal operation and maintenance needs that these installations require. In general, the installations that must be worked on are: Low-voltage electrical installations. Emergency lighting installations. Capacitor battery installations for reactive energy compensation. Power generator sets. Medium-voltage installations and transformation substations. Outdoor and indoor lighting installations. Uninterruptible power supply system installations Low-voltage and medium-voltage line installations, switchgear and indoor luminaires in corridors,\r both those that are accessible for inspection and those that can be entered. Photovoltaic installations, including all their interconnection elements.
