TENDER DESCRIPTION
The services consist of specialised technical support to ensure the proper functioning of the comprehensive collections management system, currently MuseumPlus RÍA - provided by the company Zetcom -, and internal and user support regarding the administration of permissions, operation and mass data changes, handling and resolution of incidents and questions, and training on the use and functionalities of the system. The service will also provide internal support to the Directorate of Cultural Heritage – ICUB, to enhance the improvement, management and interoperability of the system and of the data recorded.
