TENDER DESCRIPTION

The need and suitability of this contracting, under Article 28 of the LCSP, lies in the fact that the provision of a service of these characteristics must guarantee a high degree of technical specialisation and profiles not available in the staff of the Los Llanos de Aridane City Council. Similarly, the municipality faces a wholly exceptional territorial, legal and social situation in the national territory following the volcanic eruption of 2021, which has irreversibly altered the topography and the historical land parcel structure of the south-west area of the municipality. These issues require an effort in administrative research and mapping restructuring, which multiplies the technical complexity of the municipality’s cadastral management, making it absolutely essential to have the assistance of a specialised company equipped with measurement technologies and with a technical team accustomed to the specific casework associated with the planning and ordering of areas affected by emergencies.
