TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the contract will be the provision of technical assistance services for the generation and consolidation of the MICE tourism product of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, as well as for the promotion and marketing of the destination by carrying out the activities typical of a Convention Bureau. The awarded company will perform tasks typical of the Santa Cruz Convention Bureau, including attracting events, congresses, and incentive trips; preparing and presenting candidacies; managing requests and databases; planning and participating in fairs; coordinating the OPCs and specialized agencies; and planning and executing marketing, promotion, and promotional material production actions.
