The purpose of the contract is professional services that enable the consolidation of data governance and the exploitation of information in the environmental area. Specifically: 1) The consolidation of a data governance model and comprehensive management of environmental information within the Department using the methodological framework of the Data Management Association (DAMA) as a reference. 2) The development of certain environmental data management use cases in response to identified needs, hereinafter referred to as Big Data use cases in the environmental field. 3) The development of dashboards in the environmental field.
