The contract timeline is as follows:

The initial duration for all lots ends on December 31, 2028.

The total duration varies by lot:

• Lots 1 to 4: Up to twenty-three (23) months, starting on February 1, 2027, or the day after the contract's formalization if later.
• Lot 5: Up to twenty-two (22) months, starting on March 1, 2027, or the day after the contract's formalization if later.
• Lot 6: Up to nineteen (19) months, starting on June 1, 2027, or the day after the contract's formalization if later.

The contract allows for a maximum of two (2) extensions, with each extension being up to twelve (12) months.

Partial deadlines and milestones will be established and will hold the same importance as the total term.

The core scope of work for this tender involves integral maintenance, conservation, and technical management services, particularly for the Malaga Technology Headquarters (Lot 4). For other lots (1-4), the work includes periodic maintenance and a fixed number of service hours, with provisions for additional variable service hours.

Key deliverables and tasks include:

• Diagnosis and intervention on pumps, panels, and main conduits as part of the inventory.
• Implementation and documentation of PPCL/PSL, along with controls, cleaning, disinfection, sampling, and analysis related to Legionella in sprinkler irrigation.
• Disinfection, disinsection, and deratization (DDD) services for buildings and facilities.
• Routine review, pruning, treatments, and removal actions for trees.
• The generation and delivery of any databases and documentation in both digital and, if required, paper formats.
• Presentation of an "Oferta Plan de Trabajo" (Work Plan of the offer) with the technical proposal and a "Plan de Mantenimiento" (Maintenance Plan) after contract formalization.
• Guaranteeing the removal and management of waste generated during the contract's execution, providing certificates of waste delivery every three months.

The contract has an execution period of up to 23 months, with initial durations varying by lot but concluding by December 31, 2028, for all lots. It allows for a maximum of two extensions, each up to twelve months. The work will be carried out in Andalusia, Spain.

Contractors must ensure compliance with personal data protection and confidentiality regulations. Additionally, all personnel involved must be aware of and adhere to UNIA's Coexistence Norms, ensuring access to protection mechanisms for acts of violence or harassment.
