TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this contract is to provide a service for suction, transport, and documentation management (notification of transfer for each waste and identification document for each waste) in accordance with the Waste Law and with Royal Decree 553/2020 of 2 June, and for the treatment of non-hazardous leachate with LER code 190703 (in accordance with the Commission Decision of 18 December 2014 amending Decision 2000/532/EC, on the list of wastes, in accordance with Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council) from the La Manjoya ash deposit (includes the leachate from the inspection chamber and the leachate pond and liquids from the inspection well), in accordance with the Waste Law, Royal Decree 553/2020 of 2 June, which regulates the transfer of waste within the territory of the State, and other applicable regulations for this type of waste.
