TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract covers the services detailed below: 
 
 a) Drafting of the Basic Project and the Execution Project, excluding the Safety and Health Study, for the works necessary for the new headquarters of the Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre - Real Casa de la Moneda, located at Avenida de Daroca no. 300, Vicálvaro district (Madrid), owned by FNMT-RCM, which allow an orderly transfer from the premises at Calle Jorge Juan no. 106 in Madrid and the progressive implementation of the services, ensuring operational continuity, safety and resilience during the transition.
 
 b) Technical Management (Works Management and Works Execution Management, excluding Safety and Health Coordination) of the works in all their construction phases. The contract covers the services detailed below:
