The contract duration is four months, commencing the day after the contract's formalization. No extensions to the contract are foreseen.

Key milestones include:

• The "memoria valorada" (valued report) must be delivered within the first two months of the contract period.
• The delivery of all contract documentation is required within the total four-month execution period.
• Payment milestones are established: 85% upon delivery and conformity of the valued report and the complete execution project, and 15% after any observations have been addressed, final documentation submitted, and the acceptance act formalized.

This project is co-financed by the Just Transition Fund 2021-2027 and aims to implement a sustainable heating network in Fabero to supply renewable thermal energy to designated public buildings.

• The final documentation resulting from the work, after any observations from EREN have been addressed, and upon formalization of the reception or conformity act for the works.

The entire documentation must be delivered electronically to EREN, adhering to the specified formats, media, and conditions outlined in the Technical Specifications. The contract constitutes a technical and functional unit requiring coordinated and joint execution. Payment for this contract is not contingent on the subsequent execution, certification, or liquidation of the works stemming from the project, as those works are not part of this contract's scope.
