TENDER DESCRIPTION

This advertising agency will be responsible for analyzing, planning, developing the strategy, managing, contracting, and coordinating the commercial advertising campaigns that the Cádiz Free Zone Consortium may require during the execution of the contract and for conducting market analysis, marketing studies, and return on investment. The services and provisions included in this contract are as follows: Advice, technical support, strategy planning, and preparation of advertising investment budgets following the guidelines of the CZFC Communication Office. The contractor must provide information on audience trends, profitability of media, budget efficiency according to target, and other technical aspects that guide the CZFC for proper and optimized contracting of advertising spaces and, therefore, investment. Intermediation, management, programming, and purchase of advertising spaces in media according to the planning and specific guidelines defined to optimize each campaign and, in accordance, to the budget previously approved by the CZFC.
