TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is intended to provide energy services for the comprehensive management of municipal buildings and infrastructure included within the scope of the contract, through an Energy Services Company (ESE) model, covering the buildings and facilities listed in the Particular Technical Specifications (PPTP), as well as in the Municipal Energy Infrastructure Master Plan which, according to the aforementioned PPTP, has the character of an informational and reference technical document. The contract performance in question is configured as a global and integrated service aimed at improving energy efficiency, optimising the operation of the facilities, ensuring their proper conservation, maintenance and replacement, and promoting the execution of improvement, renovation and renewable energy exploitation investments, all in accordance with the provisions set out in this Pliego, in the Particular Administrative Clauses Pliego and in the remaining contractual documentation.
