TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority purchases the technical assistance service - construction site supervision (site manager) provided by specialized technical staff, authorized in accordance with the provisions of the Order of the Minister of Regional Development and Tourism no. 1496/2011, for the proper completion under good conditions of the works related to the investment objective “Construction of a Cross-Border Disaster Response Centre – Constanța County, Palas Firefighting Unit”, funded through the Strategic Program “Streamlining cross-border cooperration: Joint approch in disaster resilience - STREAM” from the INTERREG VI-A Romania-Bulgaria cross-border cooperation program, for the period 2021-2027, from the locality of Constanța. The construction of a new administrative building is envisaged, to provide sufficient office spaces so that all staff within I.S.U. Dobrogea of Constanța County can carry out their activities in optimal working conditions, equipping the premises with state-of-the-art equipment and installations.
