TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract titled Service and repair of air-conditioning units for rail vehicles (hereinafter also “RVV”) for the BRATISLAVA region is to carry out service inspections, maintenance and repairs of air-conditioning equipment installed in the contracting authority’s RVV. Service inspections, maintenance and repairs will be carried out in accordance with the operating, maintenance and repair instructions issued by the manufacturers of the relevant types of air-conditioning equipment, in accordance with the relevant technical standards STN and EN, and also in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the European Union and the Slovak Republic governing the handling of fluorinated greenhouse gases, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council on fluorinated greenhouse gases and the related generally binding legal regulations of the Slovak Republic. The contractor is obliged to ensure that all activities related to the subject of the contract are carried out in accordance with the currently applicable legislation, technical standards and manufacturers’ technological procedures for the equipment.
