TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance of this public contract is carrying out repairs of medical devices and carrying out safety and technical checks (including checks of electrical equipment) including issuing a report in accordance with Act No 375/2022 Sb., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices for medical technology of manufacturers Miele & Cie. KG. c. D. Furthermore, carrying out validation of medical devices in accordance with Decree No 306/2012 Sb., on the conditions for preventing the origin and spread of infectious diseases and on hygienic requirements for the operation of healthcare facilities and selected social service facilities. The service also includes the transport, replacement and installation of spare parts and materials that will be used when carrying out the service. The spare parts and materials themselves that will be used when carrying out the service are not the subject of this public contract. With the selected supplier, a fixed-term contract will be concluded for a period of: 6 years.
