TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the repair and maintenance of vehicles of the MAN manufacturer brand in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 461/2010 on the application of Article 101(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to the category of vertical agreements and concerted practices in the motor vehicle sector, by a professionally qualified repair workshop that has the technical, professional, diagnostic and material equipment necessary for the proper provision of the required servicing services for the relevant type of vehicle without replacement or with replacement of spare parts (original spare parts or spare parts approved by the contracting authority) for motor vehicles with the maximum permissible gross total weight exceeding 3500 kg of categories N1, N2, N3, their servicing (warranty and out-of-warranty), within the meaning of the vehicle categorisation according to Act No 106/2018 Coll. on the operation of vehicles in road traffic and on the amendment and supplementing of certain laws as amended (hereinafter “servicing services”).
