TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is repair and maintenance of vehicles of the MITSUBISHI brand in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 461/2010 on the application of Article 101(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to the category of vertical agreements and concerted practices in the motor-vehicle sector, namely by an appropriately qualified repair shop which has the technical, professional, diagnostic and material equipment required to properly provide the requested service services for the relevant type of vehicle without replacement or with replacement of spare parts (original spare parts or spare parts approved by the contracting authority) for motor vehicles with the maximum permissible total weight exceeding 3500 kg in categories N1, N2, N3, including their service (warranty and post-warranty), in accordance with the vehicle categorisation under Act No 106/2018 Coll. on the operation of vehicles in road traffic and on amendments and supplements to certain laws, as amended (hereinafter “service services”).
