TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this public contract is the maintenance and servicing of uninterruptible power supply systems (hereinafter “UPS”). The contracting authority requires provision of service support for the operated hardware, which is used to power active components of the data network, servers, or other systems. The contracting authority also requires proactive monitoring and fault resolution based on logging in the monitoring system, ensuring the availability of a mobile electricity generator during critical power outages and providing for its operation. The scope includes regular prophylaxis and ad-hoc services related to the installation and maintenance of the operated UPS units. The service also applies to passive 230 V power cabling in switchboards.
