TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is: - carrying out regular preventive inspections of the Client’s air-handling, air-conditioning and cooling equipment located on its premises or in the premises used by it, in order to check their condition with the aim of preventing the need for emergency repairs, - carrying out repairs of air-handling units, air-conditioning units and cooling technology in the event of a malfunction, - prescribed leak-tightness checks pursuant to Decree No. 243/2023 Coll., on the prevention of emissions of regulated substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases, Act No. 73/2012 Coll. and Act No. 89/2017, on substances that deplete the ozone layer, and on fluorinated greenhouse gases, Regulation (EC) of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 1005/2009. - prescribed inspections and tests of operational capability of fire dampers and fire fans, by a person professionally qualified in fire technology - supply of pocket filters - cleaning and disinfection of pocket filter chambers and cleaning of extensions/nozzles - replacement of HEPA filters - defectoscopy and leak-tightness testing of HEPA filters - professional disposal of used filters according to…
