TENDER DESCRIPTION

The outcome of the procurement procedure will be the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to Section 131 et seq. of the ZZVZ (hereinafter also only the “contract”) with a single selected supplier. The subject of the public contract is the provision of post-warranty servicing and repair works (e.g. routine minor repairs, troubleshooting/rectifying faults, electromechanical work, vehicle diagnostics, bodywork and paintwork, repairs following an accident) for passenger motor vehicles in the fleet of the Ministry for Regional Development (hereinafter also “MMR”), including the delivery and replacement of original spare parts, ensuring compulsory technical inspection (STK) and the replacement and storage of tyres according to the needs of the contracting authority. The subject matter of performance also includes arranging the transport of an immobilised vehicle for repair, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
