TENDER DESCRIPTION

Cleaning, environmental sanitization and ancillary services with reduced environmental impact at the buildings located in the “Polo Tuscolano” in Rome. In particular, the services covered by the initiative are divided into the following categories: 1) ordinary operations, including: a. cleaning and environmental sanitization operations (disinfection, pest control, rodent control and cockroach control); b. emergency operations, meaning cleaning operations that are required spontaneously and that require execution times of less than 30 minutes; 2) ancillary services (e.g. waste collection and disposal, supply of consumables, etc.); 3) additional operations: cleaning and environmental sanitization operations and ancillary services not expressly foreseen and included – by frequency or type – in the technical specifications.
